Refunds and Cancellation Policy

At Numa Solutions Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality management consulting, training, coaching, and mentoring services. We understand that circumstances can change, and this policy outlines our procedures for cancellations and refunds.


This policy is in accordance with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.


1. Cooling-Off Period (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

● For services bought online, over the phone, or not on our business premises, you (as a consumer) have a 14-day "cooling-off" period.

● This 14-day period begins the day after you sign our Service Agreement or make your first payment.

● You can cancel for any reason within this period and receive a full refund for any fees paid.

● Exception: If you request us to begin the service within this 14-day period (e.g., you book an immediate coaching session or consulting day), you will be required to pay for the value of the service that has been provided up to the point you cancel. If the service is fully completed within the 14 days, you lose your right to cancel.


2. Cancellations by You (After Cooling-Off Period)

A. For Coaching, Mentoring & Training Sessions (Individual Bookings)

● More than 48 Hours' Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide us with at least 48 hours' written notice (by email). We will happily reschedule your session at no additional cost.

● Less than 48 Hours' Notice:Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session time will be charged in full, and the session will be forfeited.

● No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without any prior notice, the session will be forfeited, and you will be charged the full session fee.


B. For Consulting Projects & Retainers

● Cancellation and termination terms for consulting projects or long-term retainers will be specified in your individual Service Agreement. This will typically involve a written notice period (i.e. 30 days).


C. For Service Packages (e.g., 6-session coaching block)

● Service packages are non-refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period has expired.

● Packages must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase (i.e. 12 months). Any unused sessions after this period will expire and are not eligible for a refund.


3. Cancellations by Us

● In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session due to illness or an unforeseen emergency, we will notify you as soon as possible.

● We will offer you the choice of rescheduling the session for a mutually convenient time or receiving a full refund for that specific session.


4. Refunds for Services

● Our services (consulting, coaching, mentoring, training) are intangible and involve the provision of our time, expertise, and intellectual property.

● Once a service has been delivered (e.g., a coaching session has taken place, a training day is completed, a consulting report is delivered), you are no longer eligible for a refund for that portion of the service.

● We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us immediately so we can discuss your concerns and find a resolution. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (i.e., that services must be provided with reasonable care and skill).


5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

All requests for cancellations or refunds must be made in writing. Please email us at: stewart@numa-solutions.com

Please include your name, the service you purchased, and the reason for your request.


6. Discretion

● We may, at our sole discretion, consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Any such exceptions do not waive our rights under this policy.
